 Shanghai Lixin Valve Factory (hereinafter called the Company ) is an enterprise professionally manufacturing and selling various kinds of high and medium pressure valves.It is located in Songjiang West Industrial Zone, closed to scenic Kunshan, and neighbouring to Sheshan, a National Holiday village.It is very convenient to be accessible by Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway and National Road 5120.
The Company was established in 1982.It is continually improving and developing over the years.We have totally 128 staffs, including 15 technical with high & intermediate entitlements and management personnel.Meanwhile, we own well-working machining equipments and CAD Design center for Valves.
Equipped with complete testing equipments, such as: A Valve life-testing device, Automatic-testing equipment for large & medium sized valves; Co-607 Ray detection machine and high-power Magnetic Detection Machine; Heat treatment, Plasma Welding machine, OES-5500 Direct Reading Spectrometer, and other testing equipments for Metallographic Analysis, Chemical Analysis and Physical & Mechanical Properties.In general, the Company is a modern enterprise to provide the service for designing, developing, installation, selling and after-sell service.

Our main products includes, flat gate valve, globe valve, check valve, throttle valve, ball valve, butterfly valve etc.We produce all special valves inclusive of standard and non-standards.Nominal size (DN): 15mm-1600mm, Pressure: 1MPa-105Mpa, applicable temperature: -196¡æ-570¡æ.As per users¡¯ requirements, driving method can be used manual, pneumatic, electric etc.The materials for valve components are mainly carbon steel, stainless steel, high-quality alloyed steel, chrome molybdenum steel and so on.
We have obtained ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification in 2001 and API Certification by American Petroleum Institute in 2002.
