LXQ947 Fixed Ball Valve is a newly product, applicable to long pipeline and general industrial pipeline.Its safety and environment tolerant factors have been considered during design, suitable for various of corrosive and non-corrosive introduction.
Comparing with floating ball valve, during working time, all the forces produced by the fluid pressure in the pipe on the ball valve will be transmitted to upper and lower bearings, the ball will not move.The sealing of valve is achieved by pushing the valve seat through the spring and fluid pressure, therefore valve seat will not bear too much pressure.So valve seat of Q47 Fixed Valve has small deformation, light operation torque, reliable sealing performance and long life span.It is especially suitable for high pressure and large-diameter sites.
LXQ947 fixed ball valve has two kinds of valve structure, including two-disc and three-disc.Each valve has two valve seats, there are no restrictions on the flow for each sides, so it called two-way valve.
Middle flange is connected by bolts and sliding bearings are set on both upper and lower valve rods, which can reduce the friction, to be operated easily and stably.Adjusting gasket is used in the bearing bottom, to ensure the contacting position of ball and sealing ring. PTFE is mounted into stainless steel sealing seat and use spring in the back of valve seat, to ensure the preloading of valve seat when with low pressure.The preloading components of spring has self-up function, to achieve the upper sealing.Full path:The diameter of valve flow allowed is consistent with diameter of pipeline, in order to clean the pipeline.
