Structure & Principle
1. Floating valve gate, two-way hoisting, reliable sealed and flexible accomplished;
2. A diversion hole opened under the gate and given precisely guidance; at the same time, all sealing surface are sprayed with hard alloys with erosion resistance, which can be used to cut expenditure.
3. Sealing surface closely cooperates with gate, to ensure the working of wedge disc and prevent any solid particles into the valve cavity.

The valve has high loading capacity.For seamless access,transfix with diversion hole ofwedge disc,to cause a small flow resistance, similar to straight pipe,
5. It uses compound filler for sealing. Integrated the characteristics of fluoride andBuna-N rubber, the sealing is reliable and small friction.

The valve has two kinds of bar including Rising Stem and Non-rising stem, for free choice by users.It also can be designed and manufactured as per client¡¯s requirements

When closing the valve, turn the hand-wheel in clockwise direction, wedge disc moved to the bottom, and pressured the wedge disc at sealing seat of the exit gate, which is larger than sealing pressure, therefore cause to seal.

When opening the wedge disc, rotate the hand-wheel in counterclockwise direction, the wedge disc moved up and diversion hole transfixed with routeway.With the gate up, the flow hole is gradually increased.When at extreme limit, the diversion hole coincides with the channel, and open completely, thus to realize the free control of flows.
